Pack Your Items
Carefully repack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
